Marie supports the entire team and executive at Differentis, in a role which covers a wide range of duties and responsibilities. Marie also searches for and successfully manages bid responses.

Kieran is Head of Operations at Differentis, leading operational excellence, IT, HR, governance, and compliance, ensuring business risk is effectively managed.

A Professional member of the International Complaince Association (MICA), and certified Data Protection Officer (CDPO), his career spans financial services, sales, governance, consultancy, and large-scale transformation. At board level, he has designed and led risk and compliance strategies that have enabled organisations to achieve key certifications and strengthen operational resilience. Kieran brings a clear focus on efficiency, culture, and delivery, helping Differentis grow and scale with confidence.
