White Paper Collaboration: Two Hypotheses to Shift the World

At DiffExpo25, we brought together leaders, practitioners, and innovators from across industries to explore what it truly means to dare to be different

The conversations were bold, challenging, and, above all, brimming with ideas worth taking further.

Now, we’re capturing that energy in a new way. We’ve launched a series of two collaborative whitepapers, and we’re inviting our community to shape them with us.

Why a collaborative white paper?

Transformation doesn’t happen in silos. The best ideas are sparked when diverse voices collide, when perspectives challenge each other, and when people are willing to test bold hypotheses against real-world experience.

That’s why we’re not just writing a white paper, we’re co-creating it with you.

Two hypotheses. One global conversation.

Our project – Three Hypotheses to Shift the World – will focus on a different theme emerging from DiffExpo25, tackling some of the most pressing questions in Change and Transformation today.

Together, we’ll examine:

  • Hypothesis 1: UK Higher Education may see increased mergers, acquisitions, and collaborative models—such as cloud-native infrastructure and shared IT services—driving financial stability and innovation.
  • Hypothesis 2: Technologies like AI and blockchain can help the NHS overcome interoperability and trust issues, enabling unified, secure, and patient-centric health data.

Our goal

We’re aiming for 1,000 contributions by 30 September. Each response, no matter how brief, adds to the collective insight that will shape these whitepapers. The result will be a body of work that reflects not just a few expert opinions, but the shared wisdom of a community committed to making Change meaningful.

How to contribute

It’s simple. Scan the QR code below or click here to head straight to the contribution form here.

Whether you’re a transformation leader, a practitioner, or simply someone with a perspective to share, you’re part of the conversation.

Let’s shape the future, together

This project isn’t about publishing for the sake of it. It’s about sparking new thinking, testing bold ideas, and building something that can influence real decisions in the months and years ahead.

Because when 1,000 voices come together, we don’t just describe the future—we help create it.
